海底陳年的Champagne Drappier香檳

戰戰兢兢的氣樽潛水只試過一次,不過印象深刻。喝著這些海底陳年的Champagne Drappier香檳不禁令我想像在30米的水深,和酒窖一樣的溫度和光線,會是一個怎樣的光景。

和酒莊陳年的比較,分別不在味道,而是果的新鮮度,而且氣泡的結構和酒的質感來說確是更有力量。

是海中的光線,是包圍的海水還是長在瓶上的貝殼給予這種力量?謝謝莊主Michel Drappier 在Vinexpo 親自打開這瓶香檳。

My only scuba diving experience many years ago deeply impressed me.

Tasting this Champagne Drappier Sea Ageing Champagne “Immersion” recalled the pressure and the light under the deep sea.

Flavor profile is similar but the sea aged one got more freshness, the structure of the bubbles got more power.
