Bernard is a wine writer and blogger of the LifeStyle Journal of Hong Kong Economic Journal, and also his Facebook Page Bernard’s WineFiesta.

He has attained Advanced Certificate from WSET and Sake Sommelier qualification from Sake Service Institute (SSI) of Japan.

He is a Certified Member of the Hong Kong Sommelier Association and the coach of the wine team of the University of Hong Kong.
