只喜歡很Dry Riesling的我，有丁點甜味也不會是我杯茶。
不過自從太太將 St.Urbans-Hof的Piesporter Goldtropfchen Spatlese 列入我家的House white 之後，我才開始欣賞St. Urbans-Hof 的酒。
他們的Riesling 雖然口感是有點微甜，但他與別不同的是喝多了舌頭不會有累和膩的感覺。
早前莊主Nik Weis在Masterclass中解釋甜的感覺不一定是來自糖，亦有是來自礦物鹽，就像是西瓜加鹽的原理吧。特別喜歡Piesporter Goldtropfchen 的因為感覺礦物味主導一點，而我將建議我太太試一下Leiwener Laurentiuslay的，果味更多更女性化。Nik Weis 在MasterClass 與我們分享其他酒款將另作介紹。
Dry German Riesling was always be my favourite, won’t be able to enjoy St. Urbans-Hof until my wife announce Piesporter Goldtropfchen Spatlese to be our house wine. Their wine, especially the spatlese, is a bit off-dry but it is extremely clean, refreshing and balance.
Mr. Nik Weis, wine maker of St. Urbans-Hof said that the hint of sweetness not necessarily come from residual sugar, it might be the the mineral instead.
