試飲會非常清靜，卻給我發現全場最平的兩支Vins et Vignobles Dourthe, La Grande Cuvee Sauvignon Blanc 2015 和Dourthe, La Grande Cuvee Bordeaux Rouge 2014竟然最有驚喜。
Sauvignon Blanc 是我喜愛那種清爽不肥膩的風格 。紅的原來是Merlot 佔60%，怪不得充滿柔和的紅果。

La Grande Cuvee Sauvignon Blanc 2015 and Dourthe, La Grande Cuvee Bordeaux Rouge 2014.
The Sauvignon Blanc is the refreshing and citrus type of wine that I like, and the Rouge is merlot based with 60%, lot of elegant red fruit.
