除了Sangiovese 和Nebbiolo 之外我最喜歡意大利的Aglianico。
意大利西南面Campania盛產Aglianico, 酒莊Feudi di San Gregorio 和莊主Antonio Capaldo就是來自那裡。
試飲了 Feudi di San Gregorio Taurasi 2011 ,100% Aglianico, 18個月法國木桶加9個月瓶內陳釀而成。煙燻白胡椒濃度果味煙草野味的味道。 白酒第一次試Greco di Tufo, 亦是本土葡萄，酸度高，一點點煙燻加上幼細的礦物味，非常喜歡。
Agliaico is my favorite grape after Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Feudi di San Gregorio came from Campania, south west Italian wine region which plants mainly Aglianico.
Tasted Feudi di San Gregorio Taurasi 2011 with winery owner Mr.Antonio Capaldo ,100% Aglianico, light tobacco, white pepper nose, on palate there’s black fruit and coffee , the length is toasty ,plumy and gamy.
Last but not least, the white wine Greco di Tufo was amazing, smoky nose accompany by refreshing acidity and minerals and citrus fruits on palate.
