德國的Schloss Proschwitz 酒莊

試酒最有趣的地方是看著他們一年比一年進步,德國的Sekt 氣泡酒和Spätburgunder(即Pinot Noir) 正是如此。今次的驚喜竟然是來自德國超迷你產區, 總產量佔全德國0.3%的Sachsen。莊主Dr. Georg Prinz zur Lippe王子和我們一同分享Weingut Schloss Proschwitz
幾款酒,Riesling Sekt Brut有Riesling 的花香,酸度夠高,青檸青蘋果味。用Champagne Method, 怪不得氣泡那麼幼滑 Spätburgunder GG Trocken 很出色:果味豐富,香料有、礦物味有、偏偏沒有德國Pinot常見的黑加侖子吹波膠味。感覺風格在新世界和舊世界之間,竟然還甚有Gervey Chambertin 的影子。

Thanks Dr. Georg Prinz zur Lippe from Schloss Proschwitz for introducing their terroir and wines to us during this wine lunch. His Riesling Sekt Brut was made with Champagne Method, no wonder the bubbles are so fine and smooth, the nose is floral and acidity is in harmony with the green apple, lime and the minerals. Spätburgunder GG dry Is such an outstanding Pinot Noir, the wine is fruit driven with NO bubble gum aroma, wine is well balanced and the wine style is on the middle between old world an new world.
