加拿大日總結之前的加拿大酒試飲會，7支氣泡、9支白，16支紅、4支冰酒共36支。
選了十支最喜歡的，最後發現3支冰酒，是意料中事，但竟然有四支白兩支氣泡，還有紅的只有一支。R
iesling 和Sparkling有驚喜，有些Pinot Noir漸見水準但其實反而有點想試些比較特別的葡萄好像是Baco Noir, Zweigelt , Vidal Blanc和Ugni Blanc 等等。
Canadian Wine Tasting review on Canada Day. Tasted 7 sparkling, 9 white, 16 red and 4 ice wines, that is 36 bottles ,during the masterclass. I have selected 10 favourite wines among them.
The result is 2 sparkling wines, 4 white wines , one red and 3 ice wines. The Sparkling and Riesling was surprising good, the quality of Pinot Noir is rising. However, i would be interested to taste more special grapes of Canada like Baco Noir, Zweigelt , Vidal Blanc and Ugni Blanc.
