又到格魯吉亞美酒節,今次主力試白酒,全部都是原生葡萄,味道方面偏向桃子,李子、橙皮系列的,一般白酒雖然很年輕但已經開始有一點點的Oxidation味道,反而令餘韻更好。有用不銹鋼缸的,都是crispy,凊爽。也有用傳統的陶罐(Qvevri) 釀造的,酒體較厚和複雜,會有少量單寜。有些更會連皮連梗長時期浸皮,變成橙酒。
Focused on Georgian White Wines in Georgian Wine Festival this year. All of them are Indigenous Grapes, peaches, plum and orange peels on palate, a little bit oxidation even for young wines. For those wines which use steel tank, the wines are scispy and refreshing; For those wine which use the traditional Qvevri, they are more full body and complex, with a little tannin; Some even macerate with skin and stem for long time which made it Orange Wine.
