Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc 2011 2012

在家中分別試了2011年及2012年的Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc。

 

雖然此酒的Petit Manseng,Chardonnay及Viognier份量大概相同,但Viognier 卻主導了第一印象,花香和白桃的味道很豐富,感到一點點甜味,很有南法白酒的特色。

 

不同的是,此酒的酸度更突出,相信是來自Petit Manseng。餘韻?還找到些熱帶水果一點點礦物味。

 

Tasted the Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc 2011 and 2012.

The wines were blended with roughly equal proportion of Petit Manseng, Chardonnay and Viognier.

 

The first nose was driven by the Viognier, which has floral with white peaches aroma.

 

Felt a little sweet on the palate but it’s acidity was also remarkable, thanks for the Petit Manseng.

 

Found some tropical fruit and a little bit minerals with the finish.
