要放下對香檳的高酸，烤烘味的執迷，才能真正欣賞世界不同的氣泡酒，這是我經常提醒自己的事，因為畢竟香檳只是森林中的一棵樹。意大利酒莊Villa Sandi 位於Valdobbiadene酒區，造的Prosecco氣泡酒新鮮清爽之餘各有不同風格，不同的酸度，由Dry 到Extra Dry 也有。我最喜歡的始終是酸度高那些，好像Prosecco Spumante DOC Treviso Brut “Il Fresco” 。而Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG果味集中，令我想起小時候吃黃皮的味道。
Forget about the toastiness, sharp acidity of the Champagne for a while, I want something fresh and fruity for the summer time, here I had the Prosecco from the Villa Sandi. It was a pleasure tasting those wonderful sparkling from Valdobbiadene . They have a wide range of sweetness which suits all the palates, ladies might like the Spumante Extra Dry but I still prefer those fresh and dry one like Prosecco Spumante DOC Treviso Brut “Il Fresco” and Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG
