一直以為所謂「醜人多八怪」，沒有內涵才要包裝搭夠。見到這Terres de L’Amandyère酒瓶五顏六色，以為又是伏酒玩花巧，但是聽完莊主Stephane Serre 的講解和試飲，對不起，我錯了。可以試到它們實在是本年度之驚喜，我要再提醒自己不要要以貌取人了。
Terres de L’Amandyère，紅藍黃綠色四支是單一品種葡萄，其他是混合品種。除了兩支L’ABC 和L’Apostrophe 有幾千支之外，其他產量極少，少至百幾支也有。
Stephane Serre 很熱心，他給我們細心講解了他的造酒實驗，包括不同葡萄品種、Carbonic Maceration/ Cold Carbonic Maceration/Fermentation 之間的不同比例，不同的木桶/不銹鋼缸陳釀時間，造出了不同名字的酒。 旗艦L’Anoblie 更加在酒標上印上當年由多少顆葡萄釀製的。與其稱他為釀酒師，我覺得科學家和藝術家更加為適合。
