年輕時候對Chateau Lafite趨之若鶩,波爾多的 遙不可及。當年見有箭頭，買了Los Vascos ，覺得味道不錯變成常客。今天試飲前已經有幾年沒喝過，有點聚舊的感覺。第一次試飲同門的Las Huertas, Sauvignon Blanc果味豐富又清爽；Cabernet Sauvignon 同樣果味先行，爽口輕快。如果喜歡圓潤一點及雲尼拿多一點的,可選Las Huertas Grande Réserve。 皇牌 Le Dix 主要是Cabernet Sauvignon 混了一點Syrah和Carmenère多了點東方香料味。2014和2009 併著喝，見到果味的變化，木和花香的演進，入口感覺和諧。多謝Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite 的Export Director Mr. Michel Négrier和ASC Fine Wines.
It was a pleasure tasting some beautiful wines by Vina Los Vascos, a gem of the Domaine Barons de Rothschild in Chile. Las Huertas is the cuvee selected by the Los Vascos’s team for fruit driven wines. The most impressive one was the Sauvignon Blanc, lot of fresh fruits, well integrated acitidty. If you like more fresh and ripe black fruit, you will like their cabernet sauvignon, if you enjoy more vanilla and toastiness, the Las Huertas Grande Réserve is for you. Needless toi say, the Le Dix was the most complex, structured one, while tasting the 2009 and 2014 side by side, we found the aging potential. Thanks Mr. Michel Négrier of DBR, and ASC Fine Wines.
