格魯吉亞美酒節2016

又到格魯吉亞美酒節,今次主力試白酒,全部都是原生葡萄,味道方面偏向桃子,李子、橙皮系列的,一般白酒雖然很年輕但已經開始有一點點的Oxidation味道,反而令餘韻更好。有用不銹鋼缸的,都是crispy,凊爽。也有用傳統的陶罐(Qvevri) 釀造的,酒體較厚和複雜,會有少量單寜。有些更會連皮連梗長時期浸皮,變成橙酒。 Focused on Georgian White Wines in Georgian Wine Festival this year.
