喝著威士忌聽Jazz，除了以前看村上春樹的小說讀過之外，其實今次是第一趟。
配的更是The Macallan 的幾款酒，包括12年Sherry Oak ,15及17年Fine Oak。特別的更有剛推出的Edition No.1 及珍貴的Rare Cask。
Rare Cask用的是16種完全不同地方，不同風格的珍貴木桶，當中更有些是來自30幾年前的木桶，只有不到1%的桶能被稱為Rare cask 。
此酒口感豐富，層次多複雜，有很多香料，尤其是肉桂和薑的香味，而餘韻最難忘的是那些雲尼拿和黑朱古力香。
另外，我其實很欣賞Macallan Edition No.1，有較多的鮮果味道，餘韻相當複雜 ，而且非常抵飲。
Enjoying Jazz and Whisky, my first time since I read about it in Haruki Murakami’s novels. Except Macallan 12 Years Old Sherry Oak, 15 and 17 Years Old Fine Oak, we also tasted the newly released Macallan Edition No.1 and the Rare Cask.
Rare Cask is drawn from the broadest spectrum of casks, 16 different types, some even drawn from the casks so rare that they will never again be used in any Macallan Whisky.
The bosy is full and the month feel is rich, a lot raisin, orange and lemon. Also found hints of ginger clove and cinnamon on palate. On finish, it’s elegant with vanilla and chocolate flavor.
