多謝好友Tony 邀請觀看電影「清酒的誕生- The Birth of Saké」，關於淸酒、關於工藝、關於家族傳承的故事。
這套亞洲國際電影節的電影，導演是一位和飲食旅遊達人Anthony Bourdain 拍攝飲食節目的日藉攝影師。他在Kickstarter 籌募資金，到石川縣的吉田酒造店 Tedorigawa Yoshida Sake Brewery拍攝了這套電影。
記述了山本輝幸先生對「手取川清酒」 造酒工藝的堅持，藏人們對造酒 的貢獻和犠牲，以及莊主吉田家面對承傳和市場上的種種困難 。更沒有想過他能夠以唯美的影像去展示藏人造酒時的真實過程，真的大開眼界。
The Birth of Saké is an award winning documentary film that explores how sake is handcrafted at a family-owned Japanese brewery named Tedorigawa Yoshida Sake Brewery, a 144-year-old family-owned small brewery in northern Japan.
This Kickstarter funded movie was directed by Erik Shirai ,who has been working as a cameraman on award winning TV Show “No Reservation with Anthony Bourdain”.
Impressed by the passion, dedication and effort of brewmasterYamamoto of , the brewery’s sixth-generation heir Yasuyuki Yoshida and the team of sake-workers.
They are the keeper of this tradition, and craftmanship of Yoshida Brewery.
