今天一次過遇到3個來自瑞士的葡萄酒莊主，瑞士酒在香港很少見，因為其實出口很少。這幾個莊都是來自法語區 Vaud，是瑞士第二大產區。
今次試的除了當地著名的白葡萄品種Chasselas，還有Chardonnay, Gamay 及Merlot。
Chasselas輕柔清爽，像南水梨的香味，酒體輕酒精較低。三個莊各有特色:
Domaine du Daley的Chasselas Crand Cru Villette最濃厚
Massy Vins的Epesses Cret-Bailli 用Gamay 做的，有驚喜，果味和複雜度比很多Beaujolais出色。
Les Frères Dutruy風格則比較新派，尤其是它的Chardonnay Grand Reserve。
唯一失望的是沒有想試的Blauburgunder，即是Pinot Noir。

Domaine du Daley Chasselas Crand Cru Villette is the most intense one；
Epesses Cret-Bailli of Luc Massy Gamay, complex on palate and good length, better than many Beaujolais.
The modern style of the Chardonnay Grand Reserve of Les Freres Dutruy is also a highlight. A pity that there was no Blauburgunder，i.e. Pinot Noir
