今天試的是來自海拔1,200米的阿根庭酒莊 Bodega Ruca Malén，都是我最喜愛的高山優雅類型。
最驚喜的是Sparkling Brut Traditional Method NV, 可能因為莊主來自Chandon Argentina，此酒採用傳統釀造法。
香氣甚佳，焗麵包和果香都有，入口是citrus鮮果為主，中度酒體，酸度中高，味道和我喜愛的葡萄牙北部氣泡酒有點相似。
另外阿根庭的皇牌Melbec也很好，Kinien Malbec 2011比較優雅，單寜尚算柔和，香料的味道很突出。
The founders are the former management of Chandon Argentina, maybe this is the reason that they made good sparkling.
The nose of Sparkling Brut Traditional Method NV is toasty with fresh citrus fruit, body is medium with high acidity, fruit driven like my favourite sparkling from the nothern Portugual.
As the style of the Kinien Malbec 2011 is more elegant, the spices, floral nose of the wine is much more obvious, high acidity and high tannin intensity but it’s not so rough.
