新彊蒲昌酒莊Puchang Vineyard Wine Dinner

動輒將事物Stereotype 會令人停止學習。雖然一直不懂欣賞對那些「富有中國特色的葡萄酒味道」,但我相信地大物博,有很多地方只是等待有心人去成就上佳的Terroir。新彊蒲昌酒莊Puchang Vineyard莊主張先生和釀酒師Loris就有這種passion。酒造得很工整:酸、果、質的平衡不錯,酒精是有點偏高但沒辦法,吐魯番日照時間長,日夜溫差大,幸好酸度亦不差。來自格魯吉亞的葡萄Rkatsiteli 和Saperavi 沒有用陶罐造的那麼複雜,但由於沒有那麼重身,比較平易近人。本土的葡萄北醇(Beichun)果味先行;Muscat香氣帶有典型的茉莉花荔枝香,但口感卻沒有那麼花俏, 清爽高酸。最後的Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 非常出色,除了酒精高了一點之外,果味非常豐富,絕對可以與其他國家的相比。

Such a discovery on the Wine of China. Puchang Vineyard is located in Turpan Valley, where is in the heart of Xinjiang. The quality of their organic wine demonstrated the passion of winery owner Mr Cheung and Wine Maker Loris. In spite of the hot weather of the terroir, the wines maintain excellent balance and refreshing mouth feel. Varietals from Georgia (Saperavi and Rkatsiteli) was more refreshing and easy to approach without the use of Qvevri(clay pot). The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve was impressive, clean, well balanced, intense and ripe fruit flavour.
