是澳洲酒果味先行風格，不過酒體豐富不乏細緻，特別喜歡Shiraz 為主的Barossa Valley GSM, Barossa Valley Shiraz 和 Barossa & Eden Valleys Shiraz .
當中兩支Shiraz的樹齡分別長達20年及60年以上，結構強、酸度夠，味道複雜，具陳年潛力。Kerry Wines

It was a pleasure meeting legendary wine maker Mr. Dave Powell, the former owner of the Torbrek in Hong Kong, he came for his new project with his son, Powell & Son. Classic Australian wine style, freshfruit driven with vibrant and lively mouth feel, but i was impressed by those Shiraz wines like the Barossa Valley GSM , Barossa Valley Shiraz and Barossa & Eden Valleys Shiraz, they have excellent complexity and acidity which gave the wine great aging potential.
