非常佩服那些喝Burgundy 的專家, 每塊Grand Cru 和Premier Cru也瞭如指掌，特色、位置、名莊通通倒背如流。Burgundy 酒本身是一個大學問：白的Chardonnay 紅的Pinot Noir 在不同的地方能造成完全不同風格的酒 。要學習的實在太多，試飲風格鮮明的Patriarche 的十幾款酒的確是極好的教材。
歷史非常悠長的布根地酒莊Patriarche Père et Fils成立於1780年，擁有布根地最大的地下酒窖，長約五公里，存酒量達三百萬支!
今次試了紅白各六支加上一支Brut 和一支Rose。三支Premier Cru 非常精彩：
Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru-Les Embazees 2015 焦糖、爆谷之香氣撲鼻，果味成熟又濃厚，餘韻悠長。
Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru-Les Chalumaux 2015 主要是蜜餞，Apple Crumble 為主調
最精彩的便要數Meursault 1er Cru-Les Genevrieres 2015。木桶運用恰到好處、烤烘果仁的香味正好配合強烈的果香，和礦物味又有一種近似蝦米/蠔豉的香味。酒體華麗又不失清爽。
