Myoko Brewery is trying to blend sake into western cuisine with their innovative food pairing sake, the most interesting is “Montmeru Khaviyar”, with 19% alc , which is refreshing when pairing with the Salmon Roe.
Back to traditional Sake, i tasted the Myokosan Honjozo (妙高山本釀造) again since the last time i tasted in the Niigata Sake tasting. As a Honjozo, its quality is surprisingly good, I want to try this again ! Thanks Myokoshuzo
