在左岸比賽訓練的時候，當我找到酒身輕盈，紅果為主配合肉桂等香料的味道的，應該差不多可以鎖定是Graves的酒了。
這裡的Terrior容得下很多不同品種的葡萄，有紅，有白，連做甜酒的也有。
這次試飲的Graves 紅酒有些Cabernet Sauvignon較多也有Merlot 較多的，有款Petit Verdot 跟Cabernet Sauvignon一樣多，Clos Les Rempartes 更是100% Merlot, 單寧滑，平衡又Elegant，質素非常好。
我喝過最好喝的波爾多 白酒就是來自 Graves。
這裡的白，有酸有Body還有Oak，不過本人不太好Oak味，而正好這幾支都沒有很明顯Oak味。
During to training of the LBBC, it’s not difficult to spot the Graves wine when we found red fruit, gentle tannin and spices nose like cinnamon.
As the region which first established Bordeaux’s reputation, Graves has the terrior which is suitable for different grape varietals.
The tasting this demonstrated different kind of style, some have more Cab Sauvignon, some have more Merlot, some have Petit Verdot as much as the Cab Sauvignon, and one even has 100% Merlot.
