iPad 內的”Inside Burgundy” iBook 電子書一直是我的至愛參考書，真正是「圖畫美麗、 顏色美麗、立體咁滯」。
作者Jasper Morris MW 是Berry Bros. & Rudd 的布根地的專家，早前去了他主持的Masterclass, 講的是我最喜歡的Gevrey-Chambertin 地區的村酒，Premier Cru 和Grand Cru。
Burgundy 的酒一般都比較優雅，Gevrey-Chambertin就是優雅中帶剛強，顏色較深、酒體及單寧較強。
非常喜歡Domaine de la Vougeraie Les Evocelles 2011的花香，它正是塗了古龍水的占士邦。
另外的Domaine Camille Giroud Latricieres-Chambertin Grand Cru味道香濃複雜，則是一位充滿智慧和稍有閱歷的男士。
The iBook Inside Burgundy is always my best companion for Burgundian wine information. It was a pleasure joining the Masterclass hosted by @BBR and @Jasper Morris, he guided us through some great vineyards inside Gevrey-Chambertin, including some outstanding Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
I love Gevrey-Chambertin for it’s Masculine style, which is deeper in colour, firmer in body and more tannic in structure.
Love the perfumatic nose of the Domaine de la Vougeraie’s Les Evocelles 2011, it’s like a very elegant gentleman like James Bond.
On the other hand, the Camille Giroud’s Latricieres-Chambertin Grand Cru is very intense, rich complex on palate and long length. It’s like a mature, intelligent man with wisdom.
