上年在 Grace Vineyard 怡園酒莊 酒莊試過的sparkling,今年終於推出市面了。

今次用的三款葡萄Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc 和Chardonnay都是她們做得不錯的,加上以香檳釀造法(méthode champenoise)陳釀超過12個月,味道不錯。

今次試飲加入了cocktail 元素,再看酒標,似乎是要吸引年輕的飲家。當然,相信不少飲家的人生第一滴酒精是來自雞尾酒的,包括我本人。

I have been expecting the sparkling wine from Grace Vineyard, since i last tasted them in the winery at Shanxi last year.

With Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay, they made the sparkling wine with méthode champenoise. the wine has undergone a min. 12 months aging on sur lie before released

. It’s a good move to introduce this new wine to the younger consumer by it’s packaging and the cocktail concept.
