Glenfiddich Whisky pairing event

This is the first Whisky and food pairing event I had by Leung Yick Company Limited .

The tasting was hosted by Mr Ian Millar, the Global Brand Ambassador of Glenfiddich. Glenfiddich 12, 15, 18, 21, 30 years single malt was paired with foie gras, lobster bisque and prime beef etc.

The best pairing I found was the foie gras X 12 Year Old.

It’s clean ,refreshing on palate and the creaminess of foie gras also raised the malty length of the Whisky.

What a discovery!
