上星期 Gambero Rosso 的《意大利葡萄酒年鑒》Vini d’Italia guide 頒發2017年的獎項。上年來過一次，獎不會多得像分豬肉般，而且得獎酒的質素都是頗高的。
氣泡酒我鍾情於意大利北部產區 Franciacorta 的Bellavista Winery ，不過今次拿到最佳氣泡酒的是另一支Valdobbiadene的 Ruggeri prosecco di ValdobbiadeneExtra Dry “Giustino B.” 2015。而Bellavista 則拿下了最佳酒莊，當然他的Franciacorta Pas Opere 2009依舊出色。
最佳白酒Tenuta Di Tavignano的 Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Misco 2015，100% 原生葡萄Verdicchio造的；
紅酒 Tenute Chiaromonte 的 Miro Sant’Angelo Contrada Barbatto 2013，用的Primitivo，即Zinfandel卻比其他地方的收歛很多。
看來都不是迎合「國際」口味的作品。最後的 Lis Neris 拿到最佳甜酒，香港喝他們的Pinot Grigio 多，甜酒倒是第一次，這支Tal Luc ,95% Verduzzo, 5% Riesling。
酒體和酸度屬中等，花香撲鼻。
Gambero Rosso has just released its Vini d’Italia Guide 2007, meanwhile they assigns some very special rewards among the ‘Tre Bicchieri’ Awards.
Franciacorta’s Bellavista is my favorite Sparkling. However the “Sparkler of the year” went to Ruggeri’s Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry “Giustino B. ” 2015.
Bellavista, on the other hand, is “Winery of the year”, bravo! I like their awards because they are not serving “international palates” .
The “White of the year”, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore Misco 2015, use 100% local Verdicchio grapes;
“Red of the year” Miro Sant’Angelo Contrada Barbatto 2013 of Tenute Chiaromonte use 100% Primitivo, which is Zinfandel but the style is more elegant one.
Tasted many Pinot Grigio from Lis Neris in Hong Kong but never tried their sweet wine, the Sweet of the year is their Tal Luc Cuvee Speciale,95% Verduzzo, 5% Riesling. Medium body and acidity with lot of tropical fruit and floral notes.
