未知是否澳洲的飲家也有相同感受，最近試很多澳洲酒風格都少了些爆果，多了點幼細。 澳洲酒莊Taltarni Vineyards是澳洲西維多利亞Pyrennes 酒區的創始洒莊之一，那天試了單一品種 Taltarni Estate Shiraz ，果味跟香料、黑椒等平衡得宜。
不過莊主Adam Torpy推薦Reserve Shiraz Cabernet ，認為合兩者之長，才能展現Terroir的整體和酒莊的傳統。此酒有幼滑的單寧，而且結構更強，層次更為複雜。另外值得一提的是他們的Sparkling Clover hill 的Tasmanian Cuvee N.V.，用Traditional method 造的，清爽，果味先行但酸度亦相當淸爽。

Taltarni is one of the founding wineries of the Pyrenees, I started with single varietal, the Estate Shiraz, fruit is refreshing and not jammy like many aussie wines, acidity is high with hints of spices.
Adam recommended the Reserve Shiraz Cabernet, contains the best characters of both grapes and it’s the beat way to express their terroir.
Last but not least, the Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvee N.V. Was such a beautiful sparkling which is made of Traditional Method, fruit driven, complex and have a bit toasty with the aftertaste.
