Domaine Perrot-Minot 擁有兩塊Grand Cru 和九塊Premier Cru，葡萄的樹齡至少45年，所以大部分酒名都有老樹Vieilles Vignes 的字眼。味道濃厚，優雅之餘有勁度，當中最喜歡Chambolle-Musigny VV 和 Vosne-Romanee 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts 的淡淡花香。
