開心要飲，唔開心又要飮。
經濟不好加打貪，不喝大名牌，就喝自己喜歡的。
因此法國隆河區葡萄酒的生意逆市向好，2015年亦有15%(貨值）增長。喜歡Fruity唔澀易入口是酒徒必經階段，中國處於這個階段的人口實在太多；而且中國食品都喜歡使用醬油，與隆河酒的重果重酒精配合得很好。
這次Inter Rhône給我引見了Domaine Maby的Richard Maby, 是一家在Tavel的酒莊, Tavel 當然先試了他們的Prima Donna 2015 Rośe:香氣芬芳而且酸度一流，酒體中強而口感相當複雜，餘韻帶礦物和草莓：最好的當然在枱底，他慷概地拿了一支首個Vintage 的100% Grenache 名叫Bel Canto 和我分享，連酒標也是用打印機印的。酸度夠，平衡，清新不黏咀。
Referred to the figures of Inter-Rhone, the import by volume of the Rhone wine to China was still rising in 2015(15%). In general, Rhone wines are fruit driven, mediuam to full body, which is quite Chinese palate and it’s also matching quite well with many Chinese cuisine, especially those soy sauce based dishes. I met Richard Maby from the Domaine Maby, he shown me a very delicious Rośe Prima Donna 2015 from Tavel, it was intense with a lot of red fruit and hints of herbs, minerals and strawberries on finish. Also an honor to taste first vintage of the Bel Canto which is 100% Grenache, not too powerful, quite elegant, fruit driven with round tannin and acidity.
