今天和酒莊的Brand Ambassador Rod Hull 先生更和我們分享了不少莊主家族充滿愛的故事，包括莊主於1995年購入Chateau d’Ampuis 的故事。
這支有「Junior LaLaLa」 之稱的Chateau d’Ampuis Côte Rôtie 2012 果然是名不虛傳，單寜柔和酸度夠，黑果帶著一點點丁香，豆蔻的味道。酒體飽滿、豐腴之餘又不失優雅。
It was a pleasure meeting the Brand Ambassador of Domaine E.Guigal, the largest estate in the Côte-Rôtie. In love with their wines since tasting those training wines within the Côte du Rhone, needless to say the 3 finest single vineyard wines “LaLaLa”. This time we had the chnave tasting the “junior LaLaLa”, Chateau d’Ampuis 2012. It is a full yet elegant wine, gentle tannin and refreshing acidity, on palate it’s full of black fruit and spices like clove and nutmeg .
