極速行完Restaurant & Bar，最特別的是首次試敘利亞的酒。這支敘利亞Saadé家族 的 Domaine de Bargylus。
雖然用的都是熱門的「國際」葡萄 Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon和 Merlot，不過酒做得相當好，果味為主帶香料和礦物味。再想起那邊的戰火，不禁悲從中來，希望他們Make Wine, Not War….
另一支是同一個莊在黎巴嫩的Château Marsyas，用的都是那些幾葡萄，口味亦比例「國際」，不喜Musar的農場風味的朋友又有另一個選擇了。
Tasted this Domaine de Bargylus from Syria, which is managed by two brothers Karim and Sandro Saadé. Their wine is fruit driven, well structured on palate with hint of spices, it is made with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. Feel sad when i recalled the war in Syria and the civilian who are suffering. “Make Wine, Not War” would be a good idea.
The Château Marsyas is the vineyard of Saadé family in Lebanon, international grapes and international grapes, for those who don’t like the farmyard character of the Chateau Musar, Château Marsyas is another option.
