A wonderful vertical tasting of the Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc and Te Koko with Jim White. Also tasted the latest vintage of both wines! This is the first time I tasted Te Koko, an atypical Sauvignon Blanc which use “wild yeast” and aged in oak barrels. On palate, there’s more sweet spices ,nectarine and smoke flavor when comparing with the Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.
