與Mullineux Wines的Chris Mullineux 試飲。我比較喜歡這支Mullineux White 2012，酒體豐腴，酸度扎實，果味清爽，餘韻中長帶果仁香味。
Kloof Street Rouge 2013是充滿鮮車厘子和士多啤利的的Côtes du Rhône，餘韻有點礦物味。
Mullineux Syrah 2012是三支中酒體最重的， 但以Swartland的酒來說，算是做得相當Elegant。
除了有豐富的黑果子味，亦有少量的香料味，整體十分平衡，酸度夠而且收結十分清新，單寧亦算柔和。
Tasting with Chris Mullineux. I like the richness, fruitness and the firm acidity of the Mullineux White 2012, especially for it’s roast almond flavour at the finish.
The kloof Street Rouge 2013 is like a bottle of Côtes du Rhône with many fresh cherries and strawberries, also have minerals with the finish.
The Mullineux Syrah 2012 is the one with fullest body among 3 but it’s quite an elegant one compairing with other wines from Swartland.
There is a lot of black fruits and spices, well balanced, clean finish and surprisingly gentle tannin.
