很多人説香港人「偏飲」，只飲法國波爾多酒。其實我覺得更嚴重的是，香港人只飲法國波爾多列級酒莊的酒。
除了Grands Crus classés那些名莊之外波爾多其實還有很多不同的風格的酒。上次去了Bordeaux 和Bordeaux Supérior 的一個試飲便見到不少非一般的Boedeaux Style。
這支Château Le Grand Verdus Bordeaux Blanc 2015，沒有用木桶, 淸爽風格不是圓潤滑溜那種。
另外Bordeaux Blend 除了Cabernet Sauvignon based , Merlot Based 還有支是Petit Verdot based 的。這支Château Tour De Gilet Cuvée Bordeaux Supérior 2012 是60% Petit Verdot，有更多的草本味，而果味亦不俗。

Château Le Grand Verdus Bordeaux Blanc 2015 does not have the round palate with vanilla and popcorn. No oak used, therefore it’s fresh and bright with hint of flowers and peaches.
Bordeaux blend mens either Cabernet Sauvignon based or Merlot based? I found Château Tour De Gilet Cuvée Bordeaux Supérior 2012, which is Petit Verdot based (60%), lot more herbs but the fruit still intense.
