世上總有讓你發揮所長的地方，人如是、葡萄如是。之前喝過來源地法國的Tannat 都是單寧總是非常強壯，有滿口爆炸糖一般，不過這種葡萄到了烏拉圭又是另一回事了。
酒莊Bodega Garzón 的 Single Vineyard Tannat 單寧竟然如此細滑而且帶成熟新鮮黑果味，實在大開眼界。旗艦酒 Balasto更加入了Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot 和Marselan，造成了層次更複雜，更多花香和香料味的blend。另外原本來自西班牙的Albariño，在這也做得十分出色，果味和酸度十足，像一個熱帶鮮果拼盤，有菠蘿、熱情果的味道。烏拉圭的Tannat 充份表現出天生我材必有用啊。
First time tasting Uruguayan wines from Bodega Garzón was an eye-opening experience. Unlike the Tannat from South-western France, the tannin of the Single Vineyard Tannat was energetic but is not harsh, lot of fruits such as cherries and black plums also tobacco and spices. The iconic Balasto even blend with Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Marselan to make a complex and energetic wine. Last but not least the Albariño Single Vineyard got intense floral notes , fresh and vibrant sensation, minerals and well integrated acidity.
