Antinori’s Tignanello 2015 Launch Dinner

非常高興可以與Marchesi Antinori 的掌舵人Ms. Albiera Antinori和Links Concept一同分享新年份的Antinori 佳釀。Tignanello 2015 固然是焦點所在,和華麗的酒體,酸度和果味,充滿潛力毫無疑問陳年後將會非常出色;Pian Delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino 2013 於杯中醒酒一個小時已經相當適飲。而我最最最愛的是用Cabernet Franc 造的Matarocchio 2011。 絕對可以用花香撲鼻來形容,帶香料的果味十分複雜,非常精彩。

Honored to join the great dinner with Albiera Antinori, CEO of Marchesi Antinori and the first exclusive tasting in Asia. Tignanello 2015 was full body, with it’s acidity and intense fruit flavours like plums and date palms shown its great aging potential. What suprised me was the Pian Delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino 2013, it became so friendly and easy to approach after airing in the wine glass. The one i like the most was the Matarocchio 2011, which is made by my favourite grape varietal Cabernet Franc, i enjoyed its intense floral nose, lot of spices and fresh fruit on palate, very complex aftertaste .
