隨著兒子成長,建立自我是必經的階段的,簡稱T2,整天在Nonono。但無論你是否同意他的價值觀,這就是他們。Cheval Des Andes 在Wine Dinner 中挑選了幾支來展示這支酒的脱變。2008一支用來代表初到Mendoza時期,意圖模仿波爾多風格,到後來更多使用Malbec的2012讓Terroir 得以展現;到最新Vintage 2015 嘗試走出自己的優雅風格。酒的風格和人生一樣就是不斷的探索,才會找到適合自己的定位。有機會和Pierre Lurton和 Lorenzo Pasquini 一同體驗這幾個階段實在開心。

Also experienced the evolution of the Cheval des Andes with 3 iconic vintages: 2008 demonstrated the period that they are still searching for their position, trying to duplicate the Bordeaux formula to Mendoza; 2012 they start to use more Malbec, which was awoken by the Terroir and start to have their own style; the latest 2015 vintage they tried to search for a breakthrough, a new position which express the elegance and the terroir’s character. That’s such a wonderful experience to walk through the search for their self position, style and personality of this wine with Head of Cheval Blanc Mr Pierre Lurton and Technical Manager Lorenzo Pasquini of Cheval des Andes.
