越來越多意大利西西里Sicily 酒受到重視,尤其喜歡他們的原生葡萄。這款白葡萄叫Grillo, 酸度夠又清爽,原來是由Muscat Of Alexandria 和另一款葡萄雜交而成,怪不得有微微的花香味。Tasca d’Almerita Sallier de la tour有名的是Syrah, 有濃厚的鮮果和香料,黑胡椒味道。不過我始終最欣賞原生的紅葡萄Nero d’Avola, 單寧高但也算幼細,果味濃厚。多謝酒莊代表Keti Mazzi
It was a pleasure tasting those sicilian wines from the Sallier de la tour. Tasting local grapes is always the best presenter of the terroir, Enjoyed the floral notes of the white wines made with Grillo. The spices and fruitiness of Syrah is good but i still prefer local grapes Nero d’Avola, great structure and balance between tannin and fruit on palate.
